Quick and easy vegan apple pancake recipe. No added sugar, no eggs. 6 ingredients and 15 minutes until you can enjoy this healthy dish.
- 150g Whole wheat flour
- 4 Apples
- 2tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2tsp Baking soda
- 80g Raisins
- 1pinch of salt
Wash and peel the apples.
- Grate the apples.
- Mix the grated apples with all other ingredients.
- Form patties from the dough and cook in a pan until golden on both sides.
You can soak the raisins in lukewarm water for a couple of minutes to make them a bit more juicy.
