Ingrediences

  • 150g Whole wheat flour
  • 4 Apples
  • 2tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp Baking soda
  • 80g Raisins
  • 1pinch of salt

Preparation

Wash and peel the apples.

Instructions

  1. Grate the apples.
  2. Mix the grated apples with all other ingredients.
  3. Form patties from the dough and cook in a pan until golden on both sides.

Notes

You can soak the raisins in lukewarm water for a couple of minutes to make them a bit more juicy.
