Vegan Basil Pesto

  • Portions: 1jar
  • 2bunches Fresh basil
  • 2Tbsp Dukkah
  • 1/2cup Olive oil
  • 1pinch Salt
  • 2cloves Garlic
  • 100g Cashew nuts

Prep: Wash and drain the basil, pick out the leaves.

  1. Put everything into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Fill into a jar and cover with a bit of olive oil for storage.
