- 2bunches Fresh basil
- 2Tbsp Dukkah
- 1/2cup Olive oil
- 1pinch Salt
- 2cloves Garlic
- 100g Cashew nuts
Wash and drain the basil, pick out the leaves.
- Put everything into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Fill into a jar and cover with a bit of olive oil for storage.
