Cherry Crumple Pie

For the crust:
  • 300g Oatmeal flour
  • 80g Coconut oil
  • 50g Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
For the filling:
  • 800g Fresh cherries
  • 30g Maple syrup
  • 40g Tapioka starch
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
For the Crumble:
  • 130g Oatmeal
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 40g Oatmeal flour
  • 40g Coconut oil
  • 30g Maple syrup
  • 40g Melted dark chocolate

Prep: Wash the cherries and remove the pits.

  1. Mix the ingredients for the dough and knead until smooth.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the filling.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the crumble.
  4. Roll out the dough until it`s about 1 cm thick.
  5. Put the dough into a cake pan.
  6. Put in the filling, then sprinkle the crumble on top.
  7. Bake at 180°C for ca. 45 min or until light golden.

You can use also frozen cherries if you have no fresh ones.
