Vegan Cherry Crumple Pie
Juicy, crunchy fresh and sweet – come and visit our cherry crumble pie factory!
Ingredients
For the crust:
- 300g Oatmeal flour
- 80g Coconut oil
- 50g Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Salt
For the filling:
- 800g Fresh cherries
- 30g Maple syrup
- 40g Tapioka starch
- 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla extract
For the Crumble:
- 130g Oatmeal
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 40g Oatmeal flour
- 40g Coconut oil
- 30g Maple syrup
- 40g Melted dark chocolate
Preparation
Wash the cherries and remove the pits.
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the dough and knead until smooth.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling.
- Mix the ingredients for the crumble.
- Roll out the dough until it`s about 1 cm thick.
- Put the dough into a cake pan.
- Put in the filling, then sprinkle the crumble on top.
- Bake at 180°C for ca. 45 min or until light golden.
Notes
You can use also frozen cherries if you have no fresh ones.
