Ingredients
- 300g Silken Tofu
- 1-2tsp Dijon mustard
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of black salt
- 1/2tsp Turmeric
- 50ml Vegetable oil
- 1/2tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 1Tbsp Gourmet Yeast
Instructions
- Blend the silken tofu with lemon juice and Dijon mustard.
- Add gradually the vegetable oil until smooth.
- Add the rest and blend.
Notes
Season the “soyannaise” to your taste and enjoy experimenting! If you like it a bit more hot then add some more mustard or cayenne pepper. For a slightly sweeter taste you can use 1-2 tsp agave sirup.
