Ingredients

  • 2 Bottles of white wine
  • 1/2 Bottle dry sherry
  • Juice from 2 Lemons
  • 1 Radicchio Ruccola
  • About 2,5 cm of fresh ginger
  • Soda
  • Sugar for decoration
  • Cucumber slices for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix the wine, sherry, lemon juice and a bit soda.
  2. Add the sliced ginger.
  3. Refrigerate for 2h.
  4. Serve in glasses decorated with cucumber slices and sugar.
